Hi Everyone,
Our Annual General Meeting will take place Wednesday, November 4th at 7pm on Zoom (survey results showed a majority of an online delivery preference).
Register in advance for this meeting here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Meeting Highlights include:
- Elections: Recording Secretary (3-year term) and Trustee (3-year term).
- 2025 Trustee Report
A call for nominations for the two (2) positions will be sent out closer to the meeting date with details on the positions.
